Raindance AI is an independent project operated by an individual based in China. This address is the operator's monitored support, privacy and content-report contact, not a model provider's support desk.
What to include
For a private-generation issue, include your signed-in email and task reference. For payment or refund help, include the order/payment reference and explain the issue. For privacy or consent requests, describe the asset or account concerned. For content reports or appeals, identify the relevant page/task and why it should be reviewed.
Do not email passwords, API keys, full card numbers or identity documents. We may need to verify ownership before changing account data or discussing an order.
Current stage
The public site is a free preview. Real checkout is closed. The invited private trial uses Kie for Nano Banana Pro images and Kling 3.0 silent videos. Waffo sandbox payment tests are simulated.
