Service and operator

Raindance AI is an independently operated creative project based in China. Contact: zifanwang96@gmail.com. The public preview is free; public generation and real payments are closed. Displayed prospective prices are not an active offer to collect payment.

Models and output

Private first frames use Nano Banana Pro and four-second silent videos use Kling 3.0 through Kie. These are underlying model disclosures, not endorsements or affiliations. Outputs are AI-generated and may change appearance, movement or likeness. We do not guarantee an exact identity match or a particular creative result. No commercial music recording or music license is included.

Authorized adults and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and have permission from both depicted adults and the necessary rights in the photos. Do not submit children, nonconsensual portraits or prohibited content. The Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited categories, reports and appeals. Keep your Google account secure; another person's email or browser payment redirect cannot grant access or credits.

Credits, testing and failures

Private generation consumes site credits in separate image and video stages. Review the first frame before submitting the video. A queued reservation is captured when that stage succeeds and released after a confirmed failure/cancellation. An uncertain submission stays on hold until reconciled; refreshing is not permission to charge again. A reviewed or rejected first frame that was successfully generated can still consume its stage credits.

Waffo sandbox payments are simulated and issue no real generation credits. Real checkout is closed. If paid access later opens, the checkout will show the applicable pack, currency and taxes; no subscription or automatic recharge is enabled by this private trial.

Refunds and payment reviews

See the Refund Policy. Successful refunds reverse the related credit entitlement; confirmed failed refunds do not. If refunded entitlement has already been used or reserved, new generation may pause until the account is reconciled. New grants or released reservations can settle that entitlement balance first; this does not create a new card charge. A documented payment dispute or fraud review may also pause new work pending review.

Your rights and limitations

You retain rights you lawfully hold in submitted material. You grant us permission to process it solely to operate, secure and support the requested service and to send it to disclosed providers. AI output does not confer rights to another person's likeness, copyrighted material or music. You are responsible for checking permissions before sharing it.

We may restrict access or remove content to address policy violations, security issues or lawful requests. Contact us to contest a decision or request account closure. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or overrides stronger protections in applicable Waffo buyer terms or law.

Updates

Material product or billing changes will be disclosed before they apply. Existing test transactions do not enroll you into future paid service.
