Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed purpose and models

Create clearly AI-generated creative images and silent duet videos using two authorized adult reference photos. First frames use Nano Banana Pro and videos use Kling 3.0 via Kie. We operate independently and do not claim model-provider or artist endorsement. No public gallery is provided.

Prohibited content

1. Pornography and NSFW: sexual or exploitative content, nonconsensual sexual imagery and nudification.
2. Violence and gore: graphic injury, glorification of abuse or content encouraging violence.
3. Hate speech: content attacking protected groups or promoting hateful extremism.
4. Child-unsafe content: sexualized, exploitative or abusive content involving minors, including fictional depictions. Do not submit anyone under 18.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive or nonconsensual identity use, fraud, harassment, or impersonation of celebrities or political/public figures. Authorized creative portraits must remain clearly disclosed as AI-generated.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement: unauthorized protected characters, brands, images or recordings. A generated video does not include a music license.

Review and enforcement

Public generation is closed. The restricted trial is limited to verified invited accounts. A private platform review workspace provides prompt screening and separately authorized human review of reference photos, first frames and complete videos. New generation and ordinary media access require a valid, operator-confirmed review policy; they pause while the first policy awaits confirmation or a policy expires. A user's photo-use consent or approval of a frame's appearance does not replace platform review.

Unapproved outputs remain isolated. No output is delivered or used for another generation until the required reviews pass. Screening errors pause generation. Decisions retain the file hash, policy version, check results, reviewer, time and reason; a fresh decision can revoke an earlier approval. Policies and term lists require periodic review, and an expired policy pauses access and new generation. Manual media review requires a human operator; we do not claim that photos and videos are automatically classified.

Reports can lead to operator review, removal of accessible content, restriction of the account allowlist, suspension of new work, or payment review where justified. We do not automatically erase paid balances merely because a report was made. Decisions should be recorded and can be contested.

Reports and appeals

Email zifanwang96@gmail.com with a task/order reference or the page involved and a short explanation. Avoid sending further copies of illegal or sexual content. We review the report, restrict access where needed, and request clarifying information when appropriate. Use the same address to appeal a mistaken decision or withdraw permission to use your photo.

No bypass

Do not circumvent invitation, age, consent, content, payment or access checks. Choosing another model or using a provider directly does not grant an exception to this policy.
